Our new intelligent production line is equipped with the latest generation of 6-axis industrial robotic arms and fully integrated CNC control systems, which have completely replaced manual operations in key processes such as precision cutting, frame assembly, hole punching and sealing strip installation. These robotic arms can achieve a processing accuracy of ±0.1mm, which is 10 times more precise than manual operation, ensuring that every aluminum profile is cut and assembled to exact specifications. This eliminates the common problem of size mismatches that often occur during on-site installation. The entire production process is monitored in real-time through the central digital control system, which automatically adjusts production parameters and alerts operators to any potential issues.
